KosherEye Signature Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. ground celery seeds (optional)
pinch of salt and pepper
1-pound bag cole slaw mix 

Directions:

Whisk together vinegar, sugar and celery seed.

Stir vinegar mixture into mayonnaise.

Whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss with cole slaw and refrigerate 2 – 4 hours
